Operation Christmas Child Community Service
This year we are preparing and thanking in advance all those that participated in last year’s local mission’s project. Our efforts this year will comprise of Knox Chapel Missionary Baptist Church’s Youth Ministry, Indian Creek Middle School’s, YPALS; a young boy’s club that focuses on developing life skills for future success and the Couture Club; a club that designs and constructs custom clothing, wearable art and needleart accessories. The combined support will assist Operation Christmas Child; an International Christian Relief organization established by Franklin Graham, the officiator of the Samaritan’s Purse under the Ministry of Billy Graham. This organization assists impoverished countries all over the world that have been impacted by natural disaster, war, disease and famine. Our contribution will provide gift wrapped shoes boxes filled with a set of clothing, toiletries, notebook paper, pencils and a small gift. All support is encouraged, please call or view the website for upcoming dates and times for the implementation of Operation Christmas Child project.
Thank you,
Lynne
